| Our
hospitality sites are available for hire near the Start of the racing,
opposite Temple Island. They all benefit from a riverside location
with superb views over the course, and nearby car parking.
The sites provide the opportunity to put together your own hospitality
facility, and to date have been hired by both events operators
and individual companies. Site dimensions and river frontage are
variable according to the number of guests.
The site hire charge is on a price per guest basis (£POA)
and includes the following:
- Greenfield site with river frontage on the Regatta course
- Water
- Car parking
- Rubbish disposal (from bins & skips provided)
- Advance ordering for programmes

On the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of Henley Royal Regatta we have an affordable opportunity for relaxed and informal corporate or private hospitality. Designed for groups of 50 guests or more, these areas are ideal for all parties, from 40th birthday celebrations to corporate hospitality.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink catering, alternatively we can provide buffet lunch or picnic hamper options for your party. Prices start at only £35 per guest. Contact us to book today!
