Purple Patch Running will be running through Temple Island Meadows in March as part of their Half marathon for Water Aid. The 2011 event raised £100,000 for Water Aid.
Temple Island Meadows is the ideal half way point to watch the runners pass and also enjoy The Henley Boat Races that is taking place at Temple Island Meadows Sunday 25th March. There will be catering and a bar located opposite the island with some great racing to watch. For more details on this event click here.
