Christmas & poultry are a combination of two very high risk factors. With over 50 years experience producing turkeys for Christmas, we know more than anyone how important it is that you get it right. |
We have very high levels of inspection and supervision on our farm. We are continually monitored by the Meat Hygiene Service, with full HACCP procedures operated and audited and qualified PIA’s (Poultry Inspection Assistants) managing our quality control points. |
| An independently appointed vet is on-site at all times during production and certification from SALSA (Safe & Local Supplier Approval) assures our product safety, legality & diligence. |
